This isn't exactly car parts, but it is close.
An army surplus 6 cylinder chrysler engine on a stand with radiator, governor, and a BIG set of pullys on the back for use as stationary power.
I've heard it run, but that was years ago, Been stored covered up.
We no longer have the sawmill or planer, so it is time to find this relic a new home.
This type of engine was used in Dodges back to the early '40's ( I had a '42) and as late as '53 in the smaller pickups, and it may have gone on longer than that.
Would be a good display relic cleaned up, or maybe you could get it to run again.
Maybe a military museum? Make me an interesting offer.
One Chrysler guy took a good look and claimed it was the smaller of the two engines of that era, and might be a '53.
He wanted the larger one.
