A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CSR
As a Customer Service Representative - CSR, you ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible.
Working from our office, you answer phones and complete other necessary administrative tasks on the computer.
Even though you don't meet most customers in person, your warm, friendly smile comes through over the phone and leaves a lasting impression.
First and foremost, you answer phones and ensure that our customers are receiving the exceptional customer service that we are known for.
You listen carefully as you take down the customer's information and book the call.
You enjoy interacting with our clients and team as well as keeping busy with a variety of tasks.
You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied and all parties are well-informed.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CSR
Experience using ServiceTitan is a plus
Proficiency with computers and technology
Understanding of proper phone etiquette
Comfortable working in an office environment
Exceptional customer service skills
Are you calm, patient, and able to empathize with others? Do you have excellent communication skills? Are you self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively? WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time office position works Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
