The Soon to Open Cobblestone Hotel & Suites Alpine, WY is seeking a dynamic General Manager with great leadership and team-building skills.

As General Manager you will attentively oversee the day-to-day tasks of running the limited-service hotel to management company/franchise standards.
The responsibilities of the General Manager include, but are not limited to, cost controls, budgeting, maximizing profits, ensuring consistency in quality standards, developing and retaining employees, and exceeding guest expectations.
The ideal candidate will be a team player and an effective leader, able to set examples and uphold their staff to meeting the same quality of standards.
The goal is to enhance customer dedication and expand our clientele by strengthening our hotel’s reputation through community involvement and sales.
*The ideal candidate will:* * Have a minimum of two years of experience in a Supervisory or Management roll.
* Be exceedingly friendly, customer oriented, have a positive and accommodating attitude while interacting with employees and customers.
* Assign duties to staff and observe performances to ensure devotion to hotel policies and established operating procedures.
* Maintain accurate records including, direct bill accounts, credit card transactions, guest folios, cash drop logs, pool logs, etc.
* Maintain hotel staff and completes all new hire paperwork including position and safety training.
* Adheres to all franchise and company procedures and regulations as well as standard operating procedures.
* Projects a professional image of hotel to both customers and community Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.
00 - $65,000.
