We are looking for a Manager in our Logan, UT location.
Successful candidates will work side-by-side with our hourly team members and direct them to create a great experience for our guests.

*Benefits*:
* Starting salary $55,000 to $57,000, based on experience and qualifications
* In addition to salary, monthly paid bonus, based on store performance.

*Requirements/Responsibilities:*
* One year of management experience, preferred.
* The ability to function well in a high-volume environment taking on key positions during peak times.
* The ability to train and direct staff members.
* The ability to read and follow directions producing work to our specifications and quality.
* The ability to manage inventory and order product.
* Advanced food safety knowledge.
Servsafe certified, preferable.
* The ability to obtain predetermined results, working within the guidelines of a budget, managing cost,s and understanding a financial statement.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, professional appearance and demeanor, and the ability to work well within an overall restaurant team, including both front and back of house.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Basic computer skills and overall restaurant knowledge.
* Back and front of house experience a plus!
