Front Desk Manager

Responsibilities: - Manage the front desk operations and ensure smooth daily operations - Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns promptly - Handle guest complaints or issues effectively and escalate when necessary - Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Oversee the night audit process and ensure accurate financial reporting - Train and supervise front desk staff, including scheduling and performance management - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements: - Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service - Proficiency in hotel management software systems (e.
