```Duties```
Required:
- Experience in working with Adults with Disabilities and Acquired Brain Injury.
- Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies in alignment with the organization's mission and vision.
- Manage and oversee program operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Supervise program staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop partnerships and enhance program outcomes.
- Conduct regular program evaluations to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor program budgets and ensure financial resources are allocated appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities and participant information.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations relevant to the program area.
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in program management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with staff, participants, and external partners.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience managing program finances.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges is highly desirable.
- Ability to lead a team effectively, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive work environment.
