Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician Supervisor is responsible to diagnose and repair most electrical and plumbing malfunctions that would normally occur within a home or small business, including, but not limited to, correcting deficiencies in the interior and exterior of the building structure, furniture, fixtures and equipment.
The Supervisor is also responsible for scheduling the Maintenance Technicians (M1s), ensuring coverage from 7:30am to 11:00pm, and making sure that all necessary repair materials are available.
This is a summer position.
Our season typically runs from May through early October.
Candidates must be available to work until the end of the season.

The “must haves” for this position include:
Organizational abilities
Ability to work independently
Prior supervisory experience
Capable of handling moderately strenuous activity
Must possess a valid driver's license/ Successful completion of MVR
We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:
Knowledge of Micro Main or other computerized maintenance program
2 years plumbing and electrical experience
Basic carpentry experience
