Job Summary: Provide leadership to all department managers and maintain standards of service in all CBV operations.

You are expected to adhere to the company’s mission, vision and value statements, and be knowledgeable of the company’s management systems, policies and initiatives for Hospitality, Environmental, and Health and Safety.
You have specific responsibilities within these areas and are expected to understand them.
Direct Supervision of CBV Cabin Office/Front Desk, Activities Desk, and Marina Activities Desk.
Indirect Supervision of Housekeeping, CBV F&B, Marina, Corrals, Campground, RV Park, Tent Village, Gros Ventre Campground, and JNY Campground.
Job Responsibilities: Assists Colter Bay General Manager in providing leadership for the entirety of Colter Bay Village operation to include training department heads and influencing service, employee, and safety culture.
Supervises the CBV Cabin Office/Front Desk, Activities Desk, and Marina Activities Desk to ensure all staff is appropriately trained in all aspects of roles, including guest service, employee management responsibilities, computer/systems, cashiering, and HR and Accounting procedures Assist all Colter Bay departments as needed.
Provide guidance and leadership to all CBV Managers.
Conduct hiring and on-boarding of seasonal staff.
Responsible for payroll, including overtime and error management, and operating expenses to insure cost efficient operation of the departments Ensures proper accounting procedures are followed including room postings, tip distributions, payroll etc.
In conjunction with the Colter Bay General Manager and Human Resources responsible for coaching, counseling and disciplining employees.
Develop leaders and mentor employees.
Coordinates maintenance work with engineering.
Delegates work to the area managers and must be able to fill in as manager of all departments Schedules and holds communication meetings with departments.
Oversee ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
Ensure compliance and influence culture of continuous improvement.
Serve as system expert on Rec.
Gov system, reporting, and training.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications: Three to four years’ experience in Hotel industry is needed (i.
e.
food and beverage, front office, personnel, etc.
) Familiar with POS and PMS operating systems.
5 years management experience or equivalent Successful MVR Capable of using Microsoft Office applications, Payroll System, Ordering System Strong verbal and written English skills Must be willing and able to handle guest complaints Must be able to perform under pressure Must enjoy working with people and solving guest issues We are committed to environmental stewardship and sustainability through zero waste, energy and water conservation, green dining and retail, volunteerism, and education.
