```Job Summary``` We are seeking an experienced and dedicated F&B Manager to join our team.
As the F&B Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within our establishment.
Your main goal will be to ensure exceptional customer service, maintain high-quality standards, and maximize profitability.
```Duties``` - Manage and supervise all aspects of the food and beverage department - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue - Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Train, mentor, and motivate staff members to deliver excellent customer service - Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control - Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and dishes - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized work environment ```Experience``` To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience: - Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry - Strong knowledge of food handling, food safety, and cash handling procedures - Proven experience in shift management and team management - Familiarity with banquet operations and POS systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
