What You Will Be Doing:
Strategic Campaign Management: Take the lead in crafting and executing social advertising campaigns across various platforms, driving engagement and maximizing results.
Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance.
Collaborative Liaison: Serve as a bridge between management and content creators, ensuring alignment and synergy in social media initiatives.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with management to develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives, driving growth and brand awareness.
Daily Account Management: Oversee and manage social media accounts on a day-to-day basis, maintaining consistency and relevance.
Analytics and Reporting: Compile comprehensive reports and present strategic recommendations based on insights gleaned from data analysis.
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of emerging social media tools, platforms, and trends, integrating innovative approaches into our strategies.
Content Creation: Curate and create compelling photo and video content, ensuring visual storytelling aligns with brand identity and resonates with our audience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to ensure social media initiatives are aligned with broader business strategies.
Experience You Will Need:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Social Media Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, with a track record of successful campaigns.
Content Strategy: Demonstrated ability to develop effective content strategies that drive engagement and brand visibility.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Creative Flair: Strong writing skills, an eye for design, and a knack for visual storytelling.
Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
Time Management: Excellent planning and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Bonus: Experience in outdoor cooking or a passion for food is a plus, but not required.
